How long will we have access to photos and videos?
Files in the album are available for 12 months from the moment it was created.
How can guests access our album?
Guests can access the album by scanning the QR code with their phone. You can also send them the link to the album page using a method of your choice, like WhatsApp, text, etc.
You will find a ready-made card with the QR code and usage instructions in the album's admin panel. The card is in PDF format. You can print it and display it at your wedding venue.
Will all guests see the photos and videos added to the album?
Yes, all photos and videos added by any guest will be available to all other guests and to you as the album administrators.
How can we download photos and videos?
As the album administrators, you can easily download all added files at once by clicking the appropriate button in the admin panel.
Your guests can download individual photos and videos using the download icon.
Do guests need to register (create an account) in the system?
No. Guests can use the album immediately, without registration.
Only you, as the album administrators, need to register, but it is easy and convenient. All you need to do is provide an email address, on which you want to receive the invitation to the album.
Do guests need to install an app on their phones?
No. Neither you nor your guests need anything installed on their phones or computers. The album works in the browser, just like any other website.
Is the number of guests limited?
No. There is no limit on the number of guests. Any person with a link to the album can add, view and download photos and videos.
How do we get a QR code?
You can download the QR code with the link to the album from the admin panel. It is available as an image in PNG format or a card with instructions in PDF format. You can print both versions in any quantity.
